We experiment, test, and iterate a lot.

Lead content and campaign strategy for brands across different industries. You’ll work closely with creative, performance, and client teams.
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms. You’ll work on lead generation and e-commerce funnels.
Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks and ads. You’ll work with storyboards, scripts and brand guidelines.
Help us design, build, and ship websites and internal tools for clients and in-house products. Angular / Node experience is a big plus.
You see your work go live — campaigns, websites, videos and products that real users interact with every day.
We share playbooks, feedback, and experiments across teams. You grow in strategy, tech, communication and ownership.
Work with marketers, designers, developers, and founders in the same room. No silos, more collaboration.
We care about results and ownership, not clock-watching. Hybrid options and realistic timelines when possible.
Bring ideas. Challenge the brief. Suggest new formats or angles. We like people who don’t just “execute tickets”.
Work with brands based in Jordan, the region and beyond — and learn how different markets think.
